The NEW Sienna Hobo #97 is our first re-design on our Americana Hobo handbag introduced in 1988. We maintained the shape and dimensions of our original American Hobo, but improved the design with more functional pockets, brass zippers, solid-brass hardware and best of all our new and much improved Sienna "full-grain" pebbled steerhide. 

The Sienna Hobo is a well balanced handbag with function, style and durability. The strap is double layered and made at a wider 1-¼" width to better support the weight and maintain improved comfort. The unique strap function will allow it to be carried across your body (full length 40") or double the strap back through the D-ring to use as a shorter "Shoulder Carry". 

The rounded base, curved top zipper and luxurious but lightly structured leather makes the Sienna Hobo fall natural and comfortably over your shoulder in either strap position. The front and back brass zippers are leather and suede lined, so you will never wear them out and the top zipper is a smooth, polished brass that will last just as long. The inside features a 6" brass zipper pocket and a leather utility patch pocket for your cell phone, cards, cables, pens and more. Read about the Key-Locking Compartment below.

  • Our SIENNA Leather is a natural, aniline dyed full-grain cowhide. Aniline leathers are not sprayed but drum-dyed for a more natural appearance and feel. The leather is lightly waxed and a full 4oz. with a light pebble-grain surface that is created during the tumbling of the hides. You will see slight grain variations that are part of the natural tannage. The leather has a slightly matte finish and a nice "pull-up" appearance that gives it a unique two toned look. It will scratch and scuff by design, as the waxes and oils are displaced. In most cases you can rub out any surface scratches or use a light leather conditioner. A beautiful handbag leather in seven rich and bold colors. 

  • The Sienna also features our signature, key-locking pocket for CCW or for anything else you want safe and secure. The zipper has a built-in lock that includes two keys. When locked the compartment is safe and secure without any access to the nylon lined pocket. When un-locked the zipper functions like a normal zipper. A great option for safe and responsible concealed-carry, pepper spray or other PPD's, storing cash or other valuables. For concealed-carry, a removable and optional holster is included. It is adjustable and can be angled and moved within the pocket with a Velcro® hook&loop system.Â
